The Job:
  • The Project Manager Will Be Responsible For The Successful Delivery Of Commercial Security Projects Across The UK And Occasionally Europe.
 
  • You Will Oversee Projects From Initial Client Enquiry Through To Completion And Sign-Off, Ensuring Works Are Delivered On Time, Within Budget And Fully Compliant With Health & Safety Regulations.
 
  • This Role Will Require National Travel, With The Expectation Of Being In The Office Approximately Half A Day Per Week, While Also Having The Flexibility To Work From Home. There May Be Occasional Overnight Stays Or Short Periods Working Away.
 
  • The Ideal Candidate Will Have Previously Been “On The Tools”, With A Strong Technical Understanding Of CCTV, Access Control And Intruder Systems, And A Solid Knowledge Of Health & Safety And Compliance Procedures.
 

Duties:
  • Manage Projects From Initial Request And Quotation Stage Through To Installation And Client Sign-Off
    • Oversee Direct Engineers And Sub-Contractors On Site
    • Manage Weekly Installation Schedules And Labour Allocation
    • Run Multiple Projects Simultaneously Across The UK
    • Deliver A Range Of Commercial Security Installations Including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Gates & Barriers
    • Ensure Completion Of Commissioning Paperwork, RAMS And Project Documentation
    • Work Closely With Office Staff Who Produce Quotes, P&L Documentation And Purchase Orders Via Field Motion
    • Manage Equipment Ordering And Ensure Materials Are On Site As Required
    • Lead Toolbox Talks And Maintain High PPE Standards
    • Ensure Full Compliance With The Health & Safety At Work Act 1974
    • Conduct Client Meetings And Provide Professional Project Updates
    • Maintain High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction Throughout Project Lifecycle
