How Has Pertemps Supported Others in the Past Year?

Posted around 10 months ago •

At Pertemps, we believe that true success is measured not just by business achievements, but by the positive impact we make together. Over the past 12 months, we’ve proudly directed £250,000 to charitable causes, investing in initiatives that strengthen communities, support vulnerable individuals and promote long-term change.

Supporting mental health through cycling

This May, Pertemps backed a group of over 30 cyclists riding 250 miles from Solihull to Amsterdam, raising awareness and funds for the Cameron Grant Memorial Trust, a mental health charity established in memory of a young man who lost his battle with depression. This initiative highlights our commitment to mental health, especially among young people.

Putting care leavers on a path to independence

In early August, Pertemps donated £1,000 to assist care-experienced young adults in Warwickshire in purchasing household essentials. We also helped support cooking lessons at the Myton Park Centre – small acts with big impact as these individuals begin their journey into independent living.

Lending hands to local community projects

Last summer, our teams joined forces with Warwickshire County Council to decorate a new rehabilitation facility in Leamington, preparing it for its first guests. This two-day volunteer effort helped create a welcoming space for individuals recovering from addiction, showcasing our dedication to community wellbeing.

Standing behind life-saving medical causes

Pertemps continued its deep-rooted support for Birmingham Children’s Hospital as a Changemaker partner, contributing to its transformational impact across the UK. As part of this partnership, our team took on the Dragon Boat Race again, aiming to surpass last year’s fundraising total of £2,500 for the hospital’s charity.

Every pound we donate and every hour we volunteer matters. By supporting mental health campaigns, helping young adults transition from care, creating inclusive community spaces and fundraising for pioneering hospitals, we contribute to stronger, more resilient communities.
