We know we must demonstrate to everyone – colleagues, clients, candidates, suppliers, industry bodies and regulators, among others – that our ESG policies and procedures are not just ‘on paper’ but are truly effective. We are committed to this and will regularly update on our performance.

We know, as a responsible employer, we must demonstrate to all key stakeholders that we are living and breathing our ESG commitments.

Our board will continue to review all aspects of the strategy, and delivery against key performance indicators (KPI) to ensure we maintain the highest standards as the business continues to move forward in a competitive market.

We remain committed to investing in the development of our employees and giving them the option to share ownership of the business.

Our Commitment

  • Ensure that all required data sets and management information is in place and easily accessible.
  • Benchmark achievements against external data sets, for instance ONS reports, government targets, client and supplier data, where appropriate.
  • Ensure all policies are up-to-date and publishable, including but not limited to:
    • Recruitment and retention
    • Environmental
    • Health & safety
    • Bullying & harassment
    • DE&I
    • Modern slavery & human trafficking
    • Ethical trading
    • Whistleblowing & public disclosure
    • Anti-bribery & corruption
    • Anti-facilitation of tax evasion.

Our Progress

  • Continue to innovate and proactively search for improvement through innovation. Our Board of Directors are tasked with consistently reviewing the market and forming strategic expert groups to own each initiative

  • Continually assess competitor activity and ensure we stay ahead of the game

  • Strategically acquire businesses that bring added value as well as improve our revenue position and market share

  • Watch for unknown market changes which could affect our clients/our contingent workers and our strategic growth plan and take swift and appropriate actions to eliminate impact

  • Retain focus on creative candidate attraction and retention. Strategies to fuel the talent demand of our customers in what is an ever-evolving market
