Temp or perm?
Depending on your circumstances, you may wish to look for jobs that are on either a permanent or temporary basis.
Temp roles are perfect if you have a busy lifestyle as you can find hours that fit around your responsibilities. They can also be a great way of earning a bit of extra money when saving for things such as holidays or Christmas.
If you are unsure of what career is right for you, then temporary placements are also ideal for trying out different roles.
If you know what career you want to work in, and prefer a greater sense of job security, then permanent work may be better for you. These jobs are usually full-time and you’ll be expected to complete a minimum 36-hour week.
Perm jobs often offer better overall employee packages – you may even be fortunate enough to drive a company car or receive health insurance!
