Passenger Services Assistants are professionals who work in the transportation industry, assisting passengers with various needs and ensuring a smooth and positive travel experience. QUALIFICATIONS

TASKS

  • Use communication systems to make announcements, relay important information to passengers, and coordinate with other staff members..
  • Provide information on additional services, promotions, or products, and assist passengers with making purchases when applicable..
  • Address passenger complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction..
