Women Of The Year 2019

Posted 4 years ago •

I’m proud to announce that Pertemps is sponsoring the Women of the Year Luncheon and Awards once again. The awards are back for their 37th year next Friday on the 25th October, celebrating exceptional women in the business.

Women of the Year highlights and celebrates the achievements of businesswomen across the UK and encourages others to aim high. The event is an inspiration for thousands of people who do incredible things day in, day out.

Proud leaders of diversity and excellence; Pertemps believe that diverse and inclusive workplaces are paramount to a sustainable employment market.

Pertemps work tirelessly with our partners, community groups and wider support networks to ensure that opportunities are available for all talented individuals and that potential obstacles and barriers to work can be overcome.

We promote the principles of equality and fair treatment for all and are committed to the promotion of diversity and the highest possible ethical standards, which is why we have remained in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list for thirteen consecutive years – an accomplishment that no other recruitment company has achieved.

We have been recognised by numerous industry bodies for our commitment to diversity and equality and have been named by Business in the Community as a Best Employer for Race for three years running.

Our Boardroom is an equal 50-50 split of men and women and we have career pathways available to all members of staff involving training, support and the reward of greater responsibility and promotion.

Pertemps believe quality and diversity in the workplace is vital and aligns with our values to recruit fairly and promote a socially responsible culture. These values have not waivered since our formation in 1961.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shout about women’s successes and one that cannot be missed.
