The Role
This is a diverse position that will involve both office-based and practical responsibilities, including:
- General administration and office support
- Processing orders and liaising with suppliers
- Answering and managing telephone enquiries
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the business
- Occasional deliveries using a long wheelbase company van
- Assisting with general operational tasks as required
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous administrative or office experience
- Be organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be physically fit, as occasional lifting and delivery duties will form part of the role
- Be comfortable working within a small, close-knit team
Hours
We are flexible and would consider either:
- 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, or
- 3 full days per week
