Job Description
Hours: Monday 1st September - Friday 5th September
Pay: £12.22p/h
Job Description:
- Painting and decorating across the portfolio of the student accommodation
- Completing planned and reactive painting and decorations works as scheduled with supervision and guidance as received.
- Assisting with planned and reactive maintenance support.
- Undertaking additional duties as required to assist with the running of the property.
- Ensuring that the properties are presented to the required standard.
- Undertaking all works to the highest safety and quality standers in line with all current regulations.
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
