Role : Project Co-ordinator - Supply Chain Focus
Location: Remote/Hybrid (WA4 6PS)
Contract: 3-month initial contract (with potential to extend or become permanent)
Salary: £40,000 + company car
Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon - Fri 9am-5pm with flexibility -1hr unpaid lunch)
Travel: Regular UK-wide and Scotland travel required - must be willing to drive and
stay overnight as needed.

About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Co-ordinator to support a dynamic Supply Chain function. You will play a key role in projects focused on the opening, closing, and merging of depots, as well as contributing to ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) initiatives. As the Project Co-ordinator your key responsibilities would be to:- Support project delivery within the Supply Chain function.
- Take accurate and actionable meeting minutes.
- Manage project plans, trackers, and task assignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Provide high-level administrative and organisational support.
- Contribute to ESG-related initiatives.

As the Project Co-ordinator, you will have the following skills :- Strong administrative background
- Previous experience working on projects would be advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Confident working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
- Effective communication and people skills
- Experience or familiarity with supply chain operations is a plus.
- A can-do mindset - proactive, flexible, and ready to take initiative.
