Job Title - Lead Generator
Salary- £30k per annum plus commission opportunities
Hours of work- Monday to Friday – days
Location - WA3, Warrington

Our client is a family run facility management solution, delivering high-quality services to both commercial and industrial clients. They pride themselves on innovation, reliability, and outstanding customer service.
They are looking for a proactive Lead Generator to join their well-established business. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients in the relevant sectors, helping to drive new business opportunities and supporting the Senior Management team.
Job duties of a Lead Generator:- Research and identify potential clients in the commercial, industrial, and public sectors.
- Generate leads through cold-calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
- Qualify leads based on client needs and company offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and leads by developing a new database of potential clients.
The successful Lead Generator will have the following:- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in facility management, property services, or B2B sales would be preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence contacting potential clients
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Social Media Platforms
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated
