Role;                  Warehouse Coordinator/FLT Driver
Location:           Warrington (WA4)
Salary:               Up to £32K (DOE) + bonus + overtime
Hrs:                    Mon – Friday 08:00-16:45hrs
Contract:            Permanent

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Coordinator / FLT Driver to join our growing operations team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and has experience with stock control, goods movement, and forklift operations.

As the Warehouse Coordinator/FLT Driver your responsibilities will be:
  • Receive, inspect, and book in incoming goods and deliveries.
    • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Operate Forklift Trucks (Counterbalance) safely and effectively.
    • Load and unload vehicles in line with health & safety procedures.
    • Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems and scanners.
    • Carry out stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks to manage stock levels.
    • Support dispatch operations and shipment preparation.
    • Occasion local collection of parts using the company vehicle.
    • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards are maintained.
    • Work closely with internal departments including workshop operations, service, and logistics.
    • Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures at all times.

As the Warehouse Coordinator/FLT Driver will have the following skills & experience:
  • Must have previous Warehouse experience.
    • Must hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential).
    • Ideally have a full UK driving licence.
    • Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse systems.
    • Experience within automotive, engineering, heavy equipment, or parts distribution sectors would be advantageous.
    • Knowledge of stock control and inventory processes would be beneficial.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good organisational and time management skills
    • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
