About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and motivated
Customer Contact Advisor to join our team. You will support customers, drive workshop bookings, and help grow the business by engaging with decision-makers.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a dealership, contact centre, or anyone with strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities- Make and manage bookings for customers
- Drive sales and generate workshop appointments
- Engage with decision-makers and support business development initiatives
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Build strong relationships with customers to increase retention and satisfaction
Skills & Experience- Strong customer service skills, ideally from a dealership or contact centre environment
- Confident in speaking to customers
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
