Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 00:00 – 09:00
Role Overview
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our client based in Eastleigh.
You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 13 staff, overseeing operations and reporting to the warehouse manager.
Our client offers a temporary to permanent contract, where you will temp for 12 weeks then be offered a permanent contact performance dependant.

- Overseeing warehouse team
- Unloading deliveries safely
- Quality control of incoming materials
- Goods out and dispatch
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse, using forklift (licence dependant)
- Overseeing warehouse systems and procedures
Candidate Requirements
- Previous warehouse team leadership experience is a must
- Forklift experience desirable but not essential
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good communication skills
