Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and kit components in line with production schedules.
- Assemble products to specification using detailed work instructions.
- Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Assist with stock control and inventory accuracy.
- Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Good manual dexterity and confidence working with small components.
- Ability to follow written instructions and work independently when required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Basic IT skills would be an advantage.
- £12.71 per hour.
