Job Description
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Clinician Onboarding Administrator to join a leading Health Services Provider. The successful candidate will provide a high-quality, people-focused onboarding service, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clinicians throughout the onboarding journey.
This is a hybrid/remote role, with 1 day per week required in Semley. The position is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities as a Clinician Onboarding Administrator:
- Managing the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring all stages are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Providing a proactive, supportive and people-focused service throughout the onboarding journey.
- Delivering a high-quality, candidate experience.
- Communicating regularly with candidates and providing updates, guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
- Coordinating and managing onboarding documentation and information.
- Ensuring all information is recorded accurately and kept up to date.
- Liaising with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Identifying and resolving any issues or delays promptly and escalating where appropriate.
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Previous experience working within an onboarding or administration role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- A proactive and supportive approach to working with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT and administrative skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide a positive, professional and people-focused candidate experience.
- Hybrid/remote working, with 1 day per week required in Semley.
- Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
- 35 hours per week.
- £14.30 per hour.
- Temporary position with potential for permanent employment.
