Job Description
Shift pattern:
- Monday - Friday
- 08:00 – 16:30
Pay rate:
- £12.21 per hour
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to safely move materials and products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes.
- Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts and other equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise warehouse operations and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and materials handling
- Certified forklift operator with a strong understanding of safety protocols
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Experience in shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading shipments
