Would you like to work for a successful driven business? Pertemps is currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Administrator on a Temp to Perm contract.
You will be working in a successful branch that specialises in both Commercial, Industrial and Driving.
£9.00 per hour
Hours of work: Monday to Friday. 08:45am - 6pm.
Duties of our Recruitment Administrator
- Contacting candidates.
- Using various internal systems.
- Assisting with Payroll.
- Registering candidates.
- Supporting with resourcing on various projects.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Managing our company emails.
- Using various spreadsheets / maintaining spreadsheets.
- Dealing with all general enquiries.
Skills Of The Recruitment Administrator
- Has a strong customer service ethos.
- Is able to communicate both verbally and written.
- Builds strong relationships with candidates.
- Works well within a team and is extremely collaborative.
- Is able to juggle and prioritise their own workload, working at pace.
- Is self-driven and able to work effectively from home when needed.
- Is good with technology and online systems.
Desirable criteria
- Worked within or supporting a resourcing team previously
- Is able to support resourcing activity, (CV search, pre-screening).
- Car Driver.
