Would you like to work for a successful driven business? Pertemps is currently recruiting for an experienced  Recruitment Administrator on a Temp to Perm contract. 

You will be working in a successful branch that specialises in both Commercial, Industrial and Driving. 
£9.00 per hour
Hours of work: Monday to Friday. 08:45am - 6pm.

Duties of our Recruitment Administrator

  • Contacting candidates. 
  • Using various internal systems. 
  • Assisting with Payroll. 
  • Registering candidates. 
  • Supporting with resourcing on various projects. 
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Managing our company emails. 
  • Using various spreadsheets / maintaining spreadsheets. 
  • Dealing with all general enquiries.
Skills Of The Recruitment Administrator
  • Has a strong customer service ethos.
  • Is able to communicate both verbally and written.
  • Builds strong relationships with candidates.
  • Works well within a team and is extremely collaborative.
  • Is able to juggle and prioritise their own workload, working at pace.
  • Is self-driven and able to work effectively from home when needed.
  • Is good with technology and online systems.
Desirable criteria
  • Worked within or supporting a resourcing team previously
  • Is able to support resourcing activity, (CV search, pre-screening).
  • Car Driver.
