Fixed Term (until March 2026, minimum)
Shift Pattern:
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every 2nd Sunday
- 12-hour day shifts (07:30 – 19:30)
- £12.81 per hour
- Overtime after 42 hours: £19.21 per hour
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team at Stafford Park, Telford. This role involves supporting warehouse and production operations, ensuring goods are moved, stored, and loaded safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a forklift truck safely and in line with company procedures.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Moving stock within the warehouse/yard.
- Supporting general warehouse duties when required.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhering to health & safety regulations at all times.
- A valid and in-date forklift licence (Counterbalance or Reach, depending on requirements).
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on the set rota.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A strong focus on health and safety.
- Competitive hourly rate with enhanced overtime pay.
- Long-term fixed contract (minimum until March 2026).
- Consistent shift pattern with guaranteed hours.
