Case Maker Wanted – Wolverhampton – £13.00ph – Day Shift

We're currently recruiting for a skilled Case Maker to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton.

 

Working Hours:
Day shift – Monday to Friday, 

Pay Rate:
Around £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)

 

About the Role:
As a Case Maker, you’ll be responsible for building bespoke wooden cases used for packing and transportation. This role involves:

• Working from technical drawings to assemble cases to specification
  
  
• Installing hinges, toggles, latches, and other fittings
  
  
• Using hand tools and air tools confidently and safely
  
  
• Ensuring finished cases meet quality and durability standards
  
   
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous woodworking experience is essential
  
  
• Case making or carpentry/joinery experience is highly desirable
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  
  
• Comfortable using a range of tools and workshop equipment
  
  
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
