£15.09 per hour | Rotational Shifts (AM/PM) | Ongoing Opportunity
Pertemps Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wolverhampton, a leading name within their industry, for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, safety-conscious individual looking for a varied role in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strip down cylinders to prepare for refurbishment
- Carry out extensive testing including ultrasound and pressure testing
- Perform visual inspections of cylinders
- Load cylinders onto automated lines for shot blasting/paint spraying
- Support barcoding and basic assembly duties
- Operate forklift safely and efficiently
- Handle heavy cylinders using correct manual handling techniques
- Assist with mechanical maintenance tasks when required
- Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve targets
- Strictly follow on-site Health & Safety procedures
- Accurately input and manage data using computer systems
- Rotating Day Shifts: 1 week mornings / 1 week afternoons
- Pay rate: £15.09 per hour
