Pertemps Wolverhampton are recruiting an experienced Cleaning Operative / School Cleaner to work within an education setting in Wolverhampton. A fully enhanced DBS check is essential for this role.
The Job:
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
- Using cleaning equipment and materials safely
- Following health, safety and safeguarding procedures on site
- Working as part of a facilities team in a busy school/college environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Cleaner, School Cleaner or Cleaning Operative (education or similar environment preferred)
- Must hold a valid fully enhanced DBS certificate
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Friendly, professional and aware of safeguarding responsibilities
What You Get:
- £12.21 per hour
- Monday to Friday – 15:00–17:00 (part-time, 10 hours per week)
- Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate
