Pertemps Wolverhampton is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver for a busy engineering, manufacturing, and production client in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled forklift operators, FLT drivers, and production forklift operatives looking for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently in a manufacturing and production environment
- Move, load, and unload raw materials, components, and finished products
- Supply production lines with materials and maintain accurate stock control
- Work safely in accordance with health & safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (RTITB / ITSSAR preferred)
- Recent, hands-on experience operating a counterbalance FLT – mandatory
- Background in manufacturing, production, or engineering environments
- Knowledge of pallet handling, racking systems, and safe material movement
- Ability to work independently or as part of a production team
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm
- £13.00 per hour
- Temp to Perm contract
- Immediate start available
