Pertemps Wolverhampton are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Credit Controller on a temp to perm basis. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in credit control, accounts receivable or finance administration who are looking to join a stable and supportive team.

From £13.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Monday to Friday
37.5 hours per week
Temp to perm contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Chase outstanding customer payments professionally to improve cash flow
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor aged debt and follow up on overdue accounts
- Allocate customer payments accurately
- Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly
- Liaise with internal teams to support timely payments
- Produce aged debt reports and credit control updates for management
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and account status
- Support month-end processes and reconciliations
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role
- Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Competent with account reconciliation and payment allocation
- Able to work to deadlines and handle queries professionally
- Experience using finance or accounting software
