Job Description

Administrator / Customer Service Assistant

Location: Wolverhampton

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday


 Pertemps Wolverhampton are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wolverhampton for an Admin / Customer Service Assistant.

 
Key Responsibilities:

 

    •  Handle incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner


    •  Take enquiries and book appointments accurately


    •  Transfer calls to the appropriate departments


    •  Provide general administrative support to the team


    •  Maintain accurate records and update Microsoft Office documents


    •  Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations



     
 
Requirements:

 

    •  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)


    •  Excellent telephone manner and communication skills


    •  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


    •  Ability to work effectively as part of a team


  •  Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
