Trainee AV Technician – Live Sports & Events

Location: Wolverhampton (with UK & European Travel)

£12.80 per hour – Temp to Permanent 

Full UK Driving Licence & Valid Passport Required

Pertemps Wolverhampton are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client — a leading live sports and events production company that delivers world-class experiences across the UK and internationally.


We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Trainee AV Technician to join their dynamic team. This is not your average 9–5 role — you’ll be part of the action behind some of the biggest sporting events in the UK, Europe, and beyond!


 What You’ll Be Doing

 

•  Assisting with the setup, operation, and breakdown of live event production equipment
  
  

•  Working on lighting, sound, and video systems at major sports venues
  
  

•  Supporting warehouse preparation and maintenance of AV equipment
  
  

•  Travelling across the UK and Europe to deliver top-tier events
  
  

•  Working evenings and weekends for events, with midweek rest days
  
  

•  9:00 AM – 5:00 PM when based at the Wolverhampton office
