Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up press machines to cut metal to specified dimensions.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently and safely.
- Monitor quality of materials and finished products, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as required.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Previous experience press operating, ideally working with metal.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern.
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
This role will be working on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00-14:30 and 14:00-21:30 with x2 15 minute paid breaks, Monday to Friday paying £12.21.
