Painter and Decorator - B29 Area, Birmingham
Pay: Up to £18 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary Contract

Pertemps Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join a professional facilities and maintenance team, working across a range of modern residential buildings in the B29 area of Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive environment, delivering essential maintenance and refurbishment works.

The Role:

• Carry out painting and decorating duties including preparation, undercoating, glossing, and emulsion.
• Undertake planned maintenance and responsive repairs to ensure properties remain safe, welcoming, and well-presented.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all working areas.
• Provide excellent service to building residents, reporting any issues or follow-up requirements to your team leader.

What You Need:

• Proven experience as a painter and decorator, ideally in a residential or facilities setting.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
• A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high standards.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must provide own paintbrushes and rollers.
