What you’ll be doing:
- Orchestrating the floor – lead and motivate your team to hit targets and keep things running smoother than a freshly oiled conveyor belt.
- Process perfectionist – keep operations strictly process-driven, ensuring every return, repair and re-route is handled with precision.
- Metrics – track KPIs and performance, making sure the team smashes service levels and customers get exactly what they need.
- Quality – hold the bar high on standards, making sure reverse logistics flows are not only efficient but first-class.
- Problem-solving – spot issues before they escalate, keep clients happy and make sure hiccups never turn into headaches.
- Coaching – develop your team’s skills, celebrate wins, build a high-energy, high-performance culture.
- Efficiencies– find ways to do things better, faster, and smarter without cutting corners on safety or quality.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in reverse logistics or 3PL warehouse operations, ideally in a process-driven, quality-focused environment.
- A leader who knows how to inspire, challenge and support people to do their best.
- Comfortable with systems like SAP (or something similar) to keep operations ticking.
- Someone who thrives in a high-pressure, high-expectation environment – and enjoys turning challenges into wins.
- Strong communicator who can manage stakeholders and solve problems without breaking a sweat.
