Salary - up to £34,727 per annum
Are you the kind of leader who’s not afraid to get stuck in? We’re looking for a practical, problem-solving Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team and keep our clients’ properties safe, compliant, and welcoming.
This is the perfect role for someone who knows their way around tools, enjoys fixing things, and can inspire a team by leading from the front.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working alongside your team to keep buildings in top shape – from routine checks to urgent repairs.
- Tackling planned and reactive maintenance: plumbing, joinery, electrics, plastering – whatever needs doing.
- Keeping properties safe, secure, clean, and ready for residents.
- Jumping on issues quickly, fixing what you can, or knowing when to escalate.
- Encouraging safe working practices and supporting sustainability initiatives.
- A team leader who’s approachable, supportive, and leads by example.
- Hands-on maintenance know-how – practical skills in plumbing, joinery, plastering, or electrics.
- A solid grasp of health & safety.
- Someone who enjoys problem-solving and putting residents first.
- Flexibility to cover shifts, lone working, and the occasional out-of-hours call.
