Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm

The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the assembly and manufacture of products to a high standard. Working as part of an experienced team, your duties will include:
- Assembly of components using hand tools and air tools
- Following engineering drawings and work instructions
- Quality checking finished products
- Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working to production targets while ensuring quality standards are met
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience as a Production Operative, Assembly Operative, Manufacturing Operative or General Operative
- Experience using hand tools and air tools in a manufacturing environment
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Monday to Friday working pattern (over time available when busy)
- Clean and modern working environment
