A fantastic opportunity is available for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a leading distributor close to Birmingham Business Park
The role and responsibilities
-Handling Customer Service calls, dealing with customer queries and complaints
-Monitoring the Customer inbox and resolving customer queries
-Speaking to third party companies and sub contractors
To be considered for the role you must have worked in a Customer Service Coordinator role previously
-Have excellent Customer Service skills and telephone manner
-Good multi-tasking skills
-Attention to detail and excellent Microsoft outlook skills
-Experience in dealing with customer complaints
-Experience working in the construction or building industry would be advantageous
The company are offering a salary of £18,000-£20,000, full time working hours Monday to Friday 8am till 17.00pm, and a fantastic benefits scheme.
