Job Advert: Personal Assistant (PA) to Managing Director (MD)
Are you an experienced and professional Personal Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity to work directly for the owner of a thriving business? Our client, a leading company based in Birmingham, is seeking a dedicated and flexible PA to support their Managing Director in all aspects of their day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Organise and coordinate business events, conferences, and other engagements.
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for the MD.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining excellent communication on behalf of the MD.
  • Undertake various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the MD's office.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior executives.
  • A strong professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work either full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate's preference and suitability.
Salary & Benefits:
  • The remuneration for this role will be up to £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
