Job Title: Customer Service/ Administration
Salary: £24,000
Job Description I have an excellent opportunity for a bright and bubbly individual to join a small but ever-expanding Business in the Birmingham area. You will be the first point of contact for customers entering the shop and will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work off their own initiative and prioritize workload. Working within a fast-paced environment you should demonstrate your ability to multitask and give assistance to both colleagues and customers as and when needed.
My client is a small family run business with a close nit team. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking for longevity in their career. Hours are Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00/ 09:00-18:00 with the occasional Saturday (You would have the following Monday off if a Saturday was worked).
Key Objectives: - Being first point of call for all customers
- Responding to all emails and queries in a timely manner
- Managing workload and prioritisation of tasks
- Provide quotes for new and existing customers
- Serve all customers on shop floor
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths/ English
- Retail and/ or Administrative experience
- Good attention to detail
- A full UK driving license/ and or local to South Birmingham
- Confident in using Microsoft Office 365
- Having an eye for design (advantageous)
