About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Payroll Administrator to join my clients team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience processing payroll using
SAP and will be confident managing all aspects of payroll administration in a fast-paced environment. This role is vital in ensuring the accurate and timely payment of employees while maintaining compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Process end-to-end payroll using SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including starters, leavers, and changes to contracts or pay.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC and statutory requirements (e.g., tax, NI, pensions).
- Respond to payroll queries from employees and management, providing clear and timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and audits as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
Requirements- Previous experience working as a Payroll Administrator.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP payroll processing (essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
