About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrator who is fluent in both French and English. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong command of Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support across the business in both French and English.
- Confidently use Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings via Outlook Calendar.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and manage telephone communications.
- Support with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
- Use SAP or similar systems to support administrative and operational tasks (experience preferred).
- Prioritize and manage workloads efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
Requirements:- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Proven administrative experience in a similar role.
- Strong IT skills, with confidence in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is desirable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
