Job Description
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Type: Temporary Ongoing (with potential to go permanent)

Are you an experienced Call Centre / Contact Centre professional looking for a long-term opportunity? We’re recruiting a confident and organised Call Handler to join a busy team in the motor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making 60–80 outbound calls per day
- Checking whether vehicles have arrived onsite
- Confirming if diagnostics have been completed
- Updating spreadsheets and internal systems accurately
- Liaising with depots and teams to ensure smooth workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous call centre/contact centre experience (essential)
- Motor industry experience is a bonus but not essential—full training provided.
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Accurate data-entry and attention to detail
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive team.
