Responsibilities: - Coordinate installations and provide updates to the end user
- Provide installation staff with all relevant information and stock is readily available for the project
- Liaise with customers after the project has been completed to ensure a 5 star service has been received
- Discover methods to enhance the quality of customer service during the investigation and resolution of complaints
- Update the system accordingly
- Liaise with the warehouse team in case of any discrepancies
Requirements: - Proven work experience in an installations/planning/scheduling role is highly advantageous
- Previous experience in the Building or Trade industry is beneficial
- Must have excellent communication and organisational skills
- A team player and be able to help out in different areas when necessary or during busy times
- Excellent customer service skills
