The Role:
This excellent opportunity will require the ideal candidate to provide exceptional customer service, support and solutions to our existing customers. The Customer Support Unit, supports customers through difficult times and circumstances, offering bespoke solutions and advice. As this role has a particular focus on treating customers as individuals and as fairly as possible, it is essential that you are able to communicate in an empathetic and supportive manner, whilst you identify suitable solutions for them. You will need to have first class customer service skills, a genuine interest in helping people/ meeting customers' needs and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

You do not require banking experience, as full training is provided and we will encourage you to broaden your knowledge and develop within your role.

Requirements:
o Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support
o Team Player
o Ability to work independently
o Strong Communication Skills
o Desire to learn and develop
o Previous skills within customer service/ telephony is desirable but not essential

Salary £17,000 potential uplift to £17,500 after 6 months
Start date : 24 th July (no holidays to be taken for first 6 weeks from this date due to training)
Hours : Shift rotation, 35 hours a week. Hours between 8:00-21:00. 1 in 4 Saturdays
North Bristol location
