Administrator / Customer Service Advisor
Mon - Fri 10 - 3pm
Our client based in Aztec West is looking to recruit a temporary administrator / Customer Service Advisor.
You will be supporting the brokers with administrative and phone based support with duties such as;
- Answering the phone ( the phone can be very busy)
- Calling people who have made enquiries to find out which broker they need
- Speaking with solicitors and lenders
- Sending documentation
- Updating clients details onto the CRM database
Ideally you will have experience of working with brokers but if you have a strong administrative or customer Service CV, are confident on the phone and pick things up quickly then please apply today !
