Our established client has an opening for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
Bristol based - with option to work remotely approx. 3 days per week (flexibility required as some weeks you will need to be office based more often).

Full time hours - Monday - Friday 08.30 - 5.00 pm with an hour for lunch
Salary - £24,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on level of experience)

The Role
Working as part of a small, dynamic team, your responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer delivery to clients.
Daily duties will involve:
- Liaising with key clients via telephone and email, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, and within an appropriate timeframe
- Processing and supporting with orders, liaising with warehouse staff to track orders
- Supporting with any delivery issues or service challenges
- Keeping clients updated and informed
- Managing the Customer Service inbox, ensuring this is cleared on a daily basis
The Person

Previous customer service or office-based experience would be desirable, and we can also consider candidates who have a genuine interest in beginning your career within a highly customer focused role.
It is vital that you are an outstanding communicator, able to cope well with change, love working as part of a team, and able to use your initiative. Good IT skills are also paramount and strong attention to detail is absolutely key!
