Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing

This is a fully office based role, Monday - Friday 09.00 - 5.30 pm.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Paralegal, with experience in residential conveyancing, to join a thriving firm with strong long-term career prospects. You will manage your own caseload of sales and purchases under the supervision of an experienced lawyer and with support from an administrative team and advanced case management systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing contract packs and raising legal enquiries
- Advising clients on all aspects of their transactions
- Drafting and approving legal documents under supervision
- Managing Stamp Duty Land Tax returns
- Preparing and reviewing completion statements
- Conducting exchange of contracts and overseeing completions
- Supervising and mentoring conveyancing assistants
- Keeping clients and referrers proactively updated
- Ensuring file compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
