Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Central Bristol
Hours:- 5 days per week, 7.5-hour shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 22:00
- Includes 1 weekend in 4 (on a rolling 4-week rota)
Pay: £12.60 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:- Responding to customers via live webchat
- Answering a variety of incoming calls
- Updating customer records and systems accurately
- Collaborating with different departments across the business
- Managing multiple computer systems and screens
- Handling a wide range of queries - from invoices and accommodation to welfare and facility-related calls
What We're Looking For:- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality or retail role
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- An empathetic ear and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate systems confidently
- Call centre experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Commitment to the duration of the assignment as full, in-depth training is provided at the start of the assignment
