Location: Bishopston, Bristol

Salary: £31,000 Basic Salary | OTE £35,000+

Hours: Monday–Friday 8:45am-6:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am–4:00pm (Day off in lieu provided during the week)

Start date: Flexible for the right candidate

 

Pertemps Bristol are currently recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for one of our clients based in Bishopston.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong sales skills and wants to take the next step in their lettings career.

 

The Role

 

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and supporting the lettings team
  
  
• Conducting property viewings and securing new lets
  
  
• Responding to enquiries and arranging viewings
  
  
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  
  
• Handling offers and negotiating between landlords and tenants
  
  
• Reviewing property listings and suggesting ways to improve them
  
  
• Supporting rent reviews, re-lets and market appraisals
  
  
• Helping to win new landlords and properties
  
  
• Developing new business opportunities
  
  
• Providing excellent customer service
  
  

 

About You

 

We’re looking for someone with:

• 18 months–2 years+ property experience
  
  
• Strong sales and communication skills
  
  
• A proactive and positive attitude
  
  
• Good organisational skills
  
  
• The confidence to lead and support other team members
  
  
• The ability to build strong client relationships
  
  
• A passion for property and customer service
  
  
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
