Lettings Coordinator

 

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours: 20–28 hours per week, across 4 days, between 9:30am and 4:30pm (Negotiable)
Days: Flexible, but Fridays are required

 

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, friendly and proactive Lettings Coordinator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and will provide support across the lettings process, from arranging and conducting viewings through to tenancy administration.

The successful candidate will be confident dealing with people, highly organised and able to work accurately in a busy environment.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective tenants and handle general enquiries

    • Arrange, manage and conduct property viewings

    • Prepare and update property particulars

    • Create and maintain online property advertisements

    • Produce and manage tenancy documentation

    • Process tenant deposit payments

    • Register and protect tenant deposits through the appropriate deposit protection scheme

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records

    • Provide general administrative support to other members of the team as required

    • Assist the Property Manager with property inspections when required

 

Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience in lettings is desirable

    • Knowledge of the Bristol area would be advantageous

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner

    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure

    • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook

    • Ability to work independently, use initiative and take responsibility when required

    • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
