We are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join a key client of ours based in Kingswinford.
Our client produces product lines across 3 divisions and is continuously pushing the boundaries of innovation within technology and 3D printing technology.
The main duties will be:
- Contacting existing customers, both export and UK.
- Following up enquiries and quotations
- Targeting new business opportunities generated via different marketing routes
- Achieving daily weekly and monthly targets
- Working closely in partnership with the other divisions
- Writing up reports to present to the Sales Manager.
The ideal person will have the following skills:
- Must have the ability to work confidently and have strong sales capabilities.
- Be very proactive with their sales approach generating new business.
- Works well in a small and sociable team.
- Strong "attention to detail" is needed to be successful in this role.
- Goal and target driven - an achiever.
- Account management skills maintaining and exceeding clients' expectations.
- An engineering background is ideally required, however relevant experience accepted.
- Export experience dealing with sales and the required logistics would be very advantageous.
- Confident, professional, and upbeat Telephony Skills.
- Knowledge and experience of SAP (or similar ERP systems) is advantageous.
- Experience working with Microsoft software i.e. Excel, Word etc
