Electrical Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our clients Site Service team.

Based in Wednesbury, you will be required to cover across sites in the UK.

As an Electrical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems and components. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of various projects and the overall market-leading service reputation of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Install, develop, and test electrical systems and components for various projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of electrical designs.
• Perform simulations and modelling using relevant tools.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and specifications.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering.
• Mechanical works will also be required as part of the role.

Qualification / Experience:

• 18th Edition C&G 2382-22 Qualification.
• Proven experience in dealing with electrical systems and components.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse electrical systems.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and external clients.
• Experience in the HVAC sector would be advantageous but not essential.

This is a full time, permanent position with overtime available, day shift only.

Salary: £34k - £38k.
