Accounts Assistant

An exciting position for a Finance Assistant/Accounts Assistant has come up in a company which has been established for over 30 years and is based in Stourport on Severn.

You will be joining a team of 3. You will be working as part of a dynamic finance team which has played a key role in the business' continued growth. You will be reporting directly to the Financial Manager,  there can be a progression path if someone wants to advance within the department.

This is a friendly working environment in a small team with a role that you can make your own.

The main duties :

• Credit Control
• Opening customer accounts
• Sales Ledger management and reconciliations
• Cash/Credit Card Posting
• Purchase Ledger
• Payment runs
• Invoice processing
• Payroll (Weekly)
• Bank reconciliations

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

• Purchase and sales ledger experience
• Happy working in a fast-paced environment
• Adhoc and project work
• Ability to manage your own workload
