Job Description
Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30-5:00, Fri 8:30-1:30 (37 hrs/week)
We're looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive Sales Administrator to join our cable management team. In this role, you'll be the key link between our customers and the sales team-making sure enquiries are handled smoothly, orders are processed accurately, and customers get the service they deserve.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing quotes and sending order acknowledgments
- Answering customer queries via phone and email
- Coordinating with production, sales, and other teams to keep things running smoothly
- Processing orders into our system (training given)
- Keeping on top of admin tasks like filing and updating records
- Taking part in improving how we do things (Lean processes)
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales admin or similar
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good customer service and telephone skills
- Comfortable using computers and working with different departments
- A team player who can also work on their own
- Positive, can-do attitude
