- Program, set and operate CNC machinery
- Prove out new programs and make adjustments where required
- Optimise machining processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Work with FANUC, HURCO or similar CNC control systems
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Manufacture precision components to tight tolerances
- Carry out quality inspections to ensure components meet required standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to achieve production targets
- Minimum of 3 years' CNC programming experience
- Experience in CNC Milling and/or CNC Turning (Lathe)
- Strong machining and manufacturing background
- Ability to set, run and prove out CNC programs independently
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances and quality standards
- Knowledge of FANUC, HURCO or similar control systems is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach
