We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, to join a successful and well-established business based in Redditch. If you have previous customer service, call centre, sales or office experience, this is an exciting position to be considered. This a full time, permanent opportunity with a basic salary of £15,000, with opportunity to earn added bonus with OTE from £20,000+
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.
Duties will include:
• Informing customers of all products and services available
• Advise customers on estimated costs
• Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone
• Booking customers in for appointments
• To record and update information accurately
Skills and Experience needed:
• Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills
• Confident communication skills
• Can work to deadlines and handle pressure
• Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character
• Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
